How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, billed through Shopify Billing. Uninstall before it ends and you pay nothing — Shopify handles the whole thing, so there's no separate card entry or cancellation form.
What happens to my ClickUp tasks if I cancel?
Nothing. The tasks live in your ClickUp workspace and belong to you. Cancelling or uninstalling stops new syncs; it never touches what's already on your board.
Do I need a paid ClickUp plan?
For custom-field mapping, yes. ClickUp's Free Forever plan caps lifetime custom-field values at 60 — a live store exhausts that in days. On a Free workspace, OrderTask writes order details into the task description instead, and shows you a notice in-app.
Is there a bigger plan?
Not yet. Everything OrderTask does today is in this plan — no feature gating. A higher tier may come later for things like two-way sync, but nothing you have will move behind it.
How do I pay?
Through Shopify Billing, on your existing Shopify invoice. No separate payment details, and refund handling follows Shopify's standard app-store process.
